I am Halil, a passionate UX designer in my mid-30s. Born and raised in Germany with Turkish roots, my love for design and art started young. I was constantly tinkering in my head, redesigning things I saw, or even creating entirely new concepts. While the execution on paper wasn’t always perfect back then, the ideas were always flowing!
Fast forward to today: I’ve honed my skills and mastered a diverse toolbox of techniques to bring those ideas to life. But the core remains the same – the relentless pursuit of innovative solutions.
Problem-solving is my superpower, especially the trickier challenges that push the boundaries. For almost 6 years, I’ve put this superpower to work at CARIAD, part of the Volkswagen Group. There, I had the opportunity to collaborate with various brands within the Volkswagen universe, gaining valuable experience across a wide range of design projects. I would describe myself as a creative maker and a part-time over-thinker, which can be secret weapons when it comes to big decisions!.
